The strap ends are running stitched and your sunglasses (or glasses arms) just slide in for a good tight fit/grip. The total band length is aprrox 36 cm. Fitted my new sunglasses perfectly. They will now not fall off my head and get damaged now I have these straps to hold them on. I think these straps and my sunglasses will give me years of wear. Purchase them if you value you your sunglasses they will not let you down. I recommend this product.

Simple product that works really well. The fit can be adjusted very easily to suit your preference. I use while running and it keeps my sunglasses on and comfortable throughout.
